Turkey Chili
Ingredients
  • 8oz fat-free ground turkey
  • ½ large onion
  • 1 scant cup water
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 heaping Tbsp Paprika
  • ½ heaping Tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 heaping tsp Oregano
  • 1 heaping tsp Cumin
  • ½ heaping tsp Onion powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
Steps
  1. Blend everything but the turkey together and simmer for ~30 minutes
  2. Cook and crumble the turkey and add it to the chili
  3. Serve with chips for dipping
