Paula's Banana bread

Ingredients
  • 1¼ C Sugar
  • 1½ C Flour
  • 1    Tsp Baking soda
  • ¾   C Walnuts
  •  
  • ½   C Oil
  • 2    Eggs
  • 2    Bananas
  • ¼   C Milk
  • 1    Tsp Vanilla
  • Dash of salt
Steps
  1. Put wet ingredients in large bowl and dry ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. After wet ingredients have been mixed, slowly pour dry ingredients into wet while mixing on low.
  3. Grease loaf pan or use muffin cups.
  4. Cook 1 loaf for 50 to 60 minutes at 350°, or muffins at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.
