Easy Soft Bread

Ingredients
  • 200 mil water
  • ½ tbl (5 grams) yeast
  • 2 tbl sugar
  • ½ tbl salt
  • 10.5 oz (300 grams) flour
  • 2 tbl oil
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 and butter or grease a loaf pan.
  2. In large bowl add warm water and yeast, stir to combine.
  3. Let sit about 5 minutes
  4. Add sugar, mix
  5. Add salt, mix
  6. Add flour, mix and then add oil and mix to combine into dough.
  7. Let rest for 20 minutes.
  8. mix a little and rest covered for one hour.
  9. After it has risen remove from bowl and cut into thirds.
  10. Then take each piece and roll into a rectangle. Fold in the sides to the center and roll again to incorporate the piece into one.
  11. From the long end, roll the dough into a small roll and pinch the ends.
  12. Place each small roll into a prepared loaf pan. Cover and let rest for 1 hour.
  13. After they have rested brush each small loaf with egg yolk.
  14. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool and remove from pan.
