Air Fryer Salmon

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce - optional
  •  
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • ½ teaspoon sesame seeds
Steps
  1. Mix marinade and place salmon meat side down.
  2. Let stand at room temperature for a couple hours.  Salmon should be room temperature before cooking.
  3. Place fillets in the basket of the air fryer.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees.
  5. Cook for 7 minutes for 1-½-inch fillets.
  6. Plate salmon and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
