Burger Salad with Pesto (Paleo + Whole30)
Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil (or other fat of choice)
  • subheading: For the rest of the salad:
  • 8 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 avocado, pitted and sliced
  • 4 radishes, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Microgreens (optional)
