  • 25 g ( 2 tbsp) white granulated sugar
  • 2 g ( ½ tsp) salt
  • 2 g ( ½ tsp) baking powder
  • 114 g ( 8 tbsp) very cold butter cubed into ¼ inch cubes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 fl oz ( 2 tbsp) ice water
