  • 1 teaspoon of dried garlic powder
  • 3 cloves of fresh garlic crushed
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • subheading: Ricotta Cheese Layer:
  • 15 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • ⅛ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
