  • 1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced black olives, about ¼ cup
  • 1 to 1 ½ cups grated cheddar cheese or shredded Mexican cheese blend

  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 2 scallions, green ends sliced thinly
  • 1 plum tomato, diced
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  • ⅓ cup sour cream

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ⅓ cup cilantro
  • Pinch salt
