Instant Pot: Infused Vinegar (Raspberry)

With a just a few steps you can have a quality fruit-infused flavored vinegar at home for 80% less than the cost of the specialty store bottles. And your homemade infused vinegar will be fresher. When you make your own gourmet vinegar, you can customize the flavors to your family’s taste

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1½ cups white wine vinegar
  • Ice
  •

Steps
  1. Preheat a water bath to 140°F
  2. Place the raspberries in a Sous Vide bag or Mason jar and lightly muddle them.
  3. Add the vinegar then seal and place in the water bath.
  4. Heat the infusion for 3 hours.
  5. Prepare an ice bath with ½ ice and ½ water.
  6. Remove the bag or Mason jar from the water bath and place in the ice bath for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Strain the vinegar and store in a sealed container.
