Green Chile Lime Salad Dressing

In July 2014 I discovered the plant based whole food eating lifestyle and have never looked back. I eat no animal products (no meat, dairy, eggs, nada) and really do not even miss it!

8 oz Hatch green chile

¼ cup plain unsweetened plant-based yogurt

¼ cup loosely packed cilantro

2 cloves minced garlic

1 Tbs lime juice

1 tsp rice vinegar

¾ tsp maple syrup
