Slow-baked Salmon with Dill Aioli

Ingredients
- 4 skin on salmon fillets 6 ounces each
- ½ tbsp avocado oil
- Zest from ½ large lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
- subheading: Aioli:
- ½ cup primal mayo
- 2 small garlic cloves, finely minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Steps
- 1. Preheat oven to 275°. Place salmon in fish. Mix oil with half of the lemon zest and brush over top of fish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 2. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes
- 3. Combine mayo, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Serve salmon with aioli on the side.
