Slow-baked Salmon with Dill Aioli

Ingredients
  • 4 skin on salmon fillets 6 ounces each
  • ½ tbsp avocado oil
  • Zest from ½ large lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  •  
  • subheading: Aioli:
  • ½ cup primal mayo
  • 2 small garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
Steps
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 275°. Place salmon in fish. Mix oil with half of the lemon zest and brush over top of fish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes
  3. 3. Combine mayo, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
  4. Serve salmon with aioli on the side.
