  • 1 cup frozen corn or 1 can- drained
  • 1 white onion diced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth you can use more or less depending on how thick you like it
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 to 2 cups kale de-stemmed
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Kosher salt & pepper to taste
