Ingredients
  • Mango sago⁣
  • 3 to 4 Mangos, peeled, for the puree. Use really ripe and sweet mangos. I used the ataulfo variety, they’re the smaller yellow ones.⁣
  • 2 Mangos, peeled and cut into small cubes to top the pudding⁣
  • 1 can 354ml (about 1.5 cups) Evaporated milk (you can use coconut milk but play around with the ratio to get the flavor you wish)⁣
  • ¼ cup condensed milk or to taste⁣
  • 1 cup small white Sago Tapioca pearls⁣
  • 1 Jar Coconut jelly, drained⁣
