1 packet Lipton's Beefy Onion Soup Mix 1 packet Lipton's Beefy Onion Soup Mix
lots of tin foil lots of tin foil

Preheat oven to 325°
Place chuck roast on tin foil. Sprinkle soup mix on top, then wrap well and place the whole thing on a cookie sheet.
Roast for at least 3 hours.
