Fall-Off-The-Bone Slow Cooker Sesame Ginger Ribs
ginger flavour too strong. used צלעות כבש chunks, cooked at low 4 hours and high 1 hour. meir said dried out. did have black crust and dry texture.
Ingredients
  • 3 pounds St. louis style ribL
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 green onions, sliced for serving
