Creamy vegetable pasta soup
Ingredients
  • 1Tbs olive oil
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2c chopped fresh veggies
  • 1Tbs magic flavour dust
  • 3c water
  • 1cup ditali pasta (Or any small pasta)
  • 1can cream of mushroom soup
Steps
  1. Turn on sauté mode.
  2. When it reads hot add olive oil.
  3. Add diced onion and sauté for a few min followed by the rest of the fresher veggies. I used
  4. celery, baby carrots, cauliflower and broccoli.
  5. Add magic flavour dust
  6. Sauté a few min.
  7. Turn off sauté and add 2 c cold water and deglaze pan if needed.
  8. Add pasta and push down into liquid but do not stir.
  9. Pour cream of mushroom soup on top and do not stir.
  10. Put lid on and set to pressure cook or manual for 2 min with a quick release.
