Sausage, Greens, and Rice

Ingredients
  • 1.5 c brown rice (uncooked)
  • 1 lb. sausage (not in casings)
  • 3 c. chopped cabbage
  • 3 chopped carrots (opt)
  • 2 c. shredded kale or other greens
  • Salt, Montreal seasoning, etc. to taste
Steps
  1. Cook rice.
  2. Brown sausage.
  3. Add cabbage and carrots.
  4. Add kale and rice.
