Ingredients
  • 6 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • ½ Tbsp cinnamon
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice (I used ½ of a lemon)
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¾ cup oats (I used Quaker quick oats)
  • 1.5 Tbsp brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp light butter, melted (I use Gay Leah brand)
  • ¼ cup sugar-free caramel sauce (I used Smucker's)
