No Bake Lactation Protein Bar
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond butter (any nut butter or sunflower butter would also work)
  • ¾ cup unsalted almonds ,roughly chopped
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup pistachios ,shelled
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ⅓ cup cashews (roughly chopped)
  • ⅓ cup raw honey
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened applesauce (we use homemade)
  • ⅓ cup ground flaxseed
  • ¼ heaping cup dried blueberries
  • ¼ heaping cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup debittered brewer's yeast (omit if not breastfeeding)
