Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond butter (any nut butter or sunflower butter would also work)
- ¾ cup unsalted almonds ,roughly chopped
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup pistachios ,shelled
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ⅓ cup cashews (roughly chopped)
- ⅓ cup raw honey
- ⅓ cup unsweetened applesauce (we use homemade)
- ⅓ cup ground flaxseed
- ¼ heaping cup dried blueberries
- ¼ heaping cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup debittered brewer's yeast (omit if not breastfeeding)
