- 250g unsalted butter, melted
- 750g full fat cream cheese, at room temperature
- 215g (1 cup) caster sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon rind
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 4 eggs, at room temperature
- 300ml full fat sour cream, at room temperature
- 125g fresh blueberries
- 2tb sifted icing sugar
