  • ½ cup (118 ml) milk
  • ¾ cup (177 ml) heavy cream
  • ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons (57 g) unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) vanilla extract
