1 skillet chicken thichs w/bacon, brussels, and apple
Ingredients
  • 2 large chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
  • kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 slices bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, trimmed and quartered
  • 1 medium Fuji* apple, cored and cut in 8 to 10 slices
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • ΒΌ cup apple juice
  • note: Note: you can use any apple, really. I just think Fuji works the best.
