Carrot Cake Chaffle

Ingredients
  • 20g shredded carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp hazelnut flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp erythritol
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • ½ tsp of baking powder
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg
  • ⅛ tsp ginger
  • ⅛ tsp cloves
  •  
  • Frosting
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 6 tbsp confectioners swerve
  • Or
  • Whipped cream
Steps
  1. Mix the ingredients together in a glass measuring cup with a fork or butter knife.
  2. Pour half of the batter into a mini waffle maker.
  3. Let them bake for about 3 minutes, or until you no longer see steam coming from the waffle maker.
  4. Remove and place on a wire rack too cool for a couple of minutes.
