Ingredients
- 20g shredded carrot
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp hazelnut flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp erythritol
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- ½ tsp of baking powder
- ⅛ tsp nutmeg
- ⅛ tsp ginger
- ⅛ tsp cloves
- Frosting
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 6 tbsp confectioners swerve
- Or
- Whipped cream
Steps
- Mix the ingredients together in a glass measuring cup with a fork or butter knife.
- Pour half of the batter into a mini waffle maker.
- Let them bake for about 3 minutes, or until you no longer see steam coming from the waffle maker.
- Remove and place on a wire rack too cool for a couple of minutes.
