Cran Apple Holiday Breakfast Muffins

  • 1.5 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
  • 2 tsp mineral salt
  • 1 tsp extract of your choice (1 to 2 teaspoons; we recommend ½ teaspoon each of vanilla, orange, and almond)
  • ¼ cup THM Integral Collagen

  • 3 Tbsp pecans (chopped finely)
