  • My first pot roast, or any roast really, ever, from "Great Food Fast." 2.5 lb chuck roast took 85 minutes + 5 more after adding potatoes and onions (no carrots, I don't like them cooked), npr for 10. It's amazing, falling apart and I can't stop picking at it (I'm not eating it right away, because I have to go to work so I'm going to pack some for my dinner later). I could drink the gravy straight. Another win for the IP!
