Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons gluten free rolled oats
- 3 pitted Medjool dates, to taste
- 1 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter (Trader Joe's also makes a peanut butter with chia seeds that I love )
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (i also add a pinch of nutmeg)
- ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 to 5 ice cubes
