Gym Rat Smoothie from Oh She Glows
Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons gluten free rolled oats
  • 3 pitted Medjool dates, to taste
  • 1 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter (Trader Joe's also makes a peanut butter with chia seeds that I love )
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (i also add a pinch of nutmeg)
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 4 to 5 ice cubes
