I made this for lunch today, turned out really tasty! Here is the recipe that I came up with! I'm so glad that I added the Pesto to it. You could leave it out, but I don't believe you will have the same depth of flavor. I made this in my 8qt Duo! When I uncovered the pan there was some liquid on top. It was partly oil from the Basil Pesto, I just dabbed it off with a paper towel before browning!

Ingredients
- 1lb Hamburger, browned
- 1 24oz can Hunts Zesty & Spicy Pasta Sauce or your favorite
- 26 Frozen Ravioli (I used Mozzarella & Spinach)
- Basil Pesto
- Fresh Mozzarella
- Parmesan
- 1c water
Steps
- Add sauce to cooked hamburger.
- In 3x8 round pan layer sauce mixture, place ravioli on top, repeat, end with another layer of sauce.
- Top with Pesto, Fresh Mozzarella & Parmesan.
- Cover pan with foil. Add 1c water to Instant Pot, place Lasagna on trivet and lower into pot.
- Cook on HP 20min, NPR 10min.
- You can then brown it under the broiler until golden brown, if desired. Enjoy!!!
Notes
- Note: I prepared this ahead of time and then placed in the refrigerator until ready to cook!
- Note: I was getting ready to place under the broiler and my son pulled out his Searzall Propane torch that he uses for the Sous Vide! Does a fantastic job! Cut 3 minutes off the browning time!

- 10min NPR
- 5min Broil/Sear to brown cheese
- = 55 to 60min total time
