- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 cup caster sugar (super-fine sugar) (use powdered Swerve or Lakanto to make KETO!)
- ¾ teaspoon pure vanilla extract (same for root beer, for mint use ¼ to ½ tsp, Almond & Anise probably ¼ tsp, Orange ½, double the amount of Bourbon, Brandy or Rum )
