90g of Almond Flakes

½ Tsp of Vanilla Extract

subheading: For the filling:

25g Custard Powder (non-instant Birds original or similar)

170ml Milk

100g Caster Sugar

100g Unsalted Butter

2 Tbsp of Double Cream

1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract

A small saucepan

A mixing bowl

A 20cm springform cake tin
