  • ½ cup dry white wine, (substitute with chicken stock/broth)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 cups low sodium chicken stock/broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Fresh chopped parsley or chives, to serve
