  • ¼ c. water

  • 2 T. vegetable oil
  • 2 pounds of boneless beef short ribs, cut into large cubes
  • 1 can of full-fat coconut milk
  • ¼ c. brown sugar
  • ½ c. unsweetened coconut
  • Chopped cilantro and scallions for garnish
