Instant Pot Vegan Lo Mein
Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetarian oyster sauce 30 ml
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1.25 teaspoons chili garlic sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil 30 ml, I used avocado oil
  • 1 medium red onion sliced
  • 3 to 4 large garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 inch ginger finely chopped
  • 2 medium carrots sliced thin
  • 1 large red pepper sliced
  • 1.5 cups water or broth 12 oz
  • 8 oz spaghetti broken in half, 227 grams
  • 1 cup + ¼ cup broccoli florets small to medium sized florets
  • ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • green onion to garnish
