Triple Garlic Chicken Ramen
Ingredients

  • 2 bunches scallions, sliced (whites and greens separated)
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 3 packs Soy & Scallion Noodles
  • 1 to 1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken

  • 4 cups greens, such as spinach
  • Momofuku Chili Crunch
  • 2 soft boiled eggs, halved (optional)
