Instant pot Tomato Turkey noodle soup

Ingredients
  • Olive oil
  • Margarine
  • Minced Garlic
  • Onion diced
  • Carrots-4 to 6 depending on size sliced
  • Celery- 4 stalks diced
  • Flour
  • Italian seasoning
  • Chicken Broth
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Turkey
  • Pasta
Steps
  1. 1.Cut up celery and carrots and onion. Sautéed in 1 tbsp olive oil and 3 tsp margarine until tender (3 to 5 minutes)
  2. 2. Add 1 tsp minced garlic
  3. 3. Sprinkle  vegetables with ¼ cup flour and 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  4. 4. Add 4 cups of chicken broth, deglaze with small amount first to deglaze flour from bottom of pot
  5. 5. Add 28 oz can of diced tomatoes ( I used herbed diced tomatoes)
  6. 6. Add 2 to 3 cups diced turkey
  7. 7. Add 1 ½  cups pasta ( I used bowtie)
  8. Cook on Soup mode for 6 minutes with quick release
