Jingle Balls (Peppermint Fudge Protein Balls)
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup chocolate whey
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup Gentle Sweet
  • 1 tsp. peppermint extract (or 4 to 5 drops of peppermint oil)
  • 3 Tbsp. nut milk
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ¼ tsp. mineral salt
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar-free chocolate chips (or mint chocolate chips)
