Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients
  • 6 to 7 green peppers
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. pork
  • 1 family size tomato soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • salt and pepper
  • instant rice
Steps
  1. Clean out peppers.
  2. Mix together beef, pork, salt, pepper, uncooked rice, and 1 can undiluted tomato soup.
  3. Stuff peppers and place in pan with 1 family size, diluted (with can of water) tomato soup.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 approx. 1 ½ to 2 hours.
