Creamy Chicken with Egg Noodles

Ingredients
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pkg Italian Dressing Mix
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese - room temp
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ Salt
  • ¼ Pepper
  • 12 oz pkg Egg Noodles
Steps
  1. 1)  Set your pot to sauté. While heating cut chicken into bite size cubes.  When hot add chicken to the inner pot. Sprinkle the chicken with the Italian Dressing Seasoning Packet and sauté the chicken until brown.
  2. 2)  Add the chicken broth to the pot and deglaze and bits on the bottom of the pot. Add the soup and cream cheese cut into cubes. Add water, salt and pepper. Stir well. Add egg noodles.
  3. 2)   Cancel sauté. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes and quick release when done.

  • Made this on 3/19/18 - really good, creamy, satisfying
