Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon whole milk

½ teaspoon kosher salt

subheading: For the Topping:

¼ cup pumpkin seeds

½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
