Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Vegetable Gravy
Ingredients
  • 2 boneless pork tenderloins, about 1.5 pounds each
  • 1 Cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cups of vegetable broth
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Approximately 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of honey mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of grainy mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Seasonings
  • note: seasoning measurements are approximate, adjust to your preference
  • 1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of caraway seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon of dried oregano
  • kosher salt
