LCHF bread recipe
Ingredients
  • 7 eggs
  • 170g (½ cup) butter
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil.
  • 2 cups almond meal
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ sp xantham gum
Steps
  1. Mix eggs, butter and coconut together with beater for for 1 to 2min.
  2. Add almond meal, baking powder and xantham gum (or psyllium in same quantities).
  3. Mix well with beater.
  4. Pour into loaf tin (210x120x80mm min) and level
  5. Bake for 45min @ 180 degrees
