Banana Bread Breakfast Bars -
Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats (old fashion or quick-cooking will work great)
  • 1 cup oat flour (any other wheat-based or gluten-free option will work)
  • 1 ½ cups water or plant-based milk
  • 2 to 3 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
