  • 3 cups kale very finely chopped
  • 400 ml full fat canned coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  •  
  • cilantro and peanuts for garnishing
