  • ¼ cup OR 2 scoops OR 32 grams vanilla protein powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated coconut sugar
  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 large egg (Can sub for ¼ cup egg whites OR 1 flax egg)
  • ¼ cup shredded carrot
  • 3 tbsp milk of choice
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp raisins (optional)
