Ingredients

  • Okara cutlets

  • note: Keep in mind that I made this primarily from leftover bits or end bits of food that were in my fridge.
  •  
  • 1 batch of okara (left over after making a litre if soy milk in an auto soy milk maker so its drained but still a bit sloppy) (its about a cup or so in total)
  • Half a medium bunch if celery just the stalks (leftover to use up)
  • 1 whole roasted red capsicum/pepper the type you buy in jars at the store(last one in the fridge :-) )
  • 3 to 4 good teaspoons of onion powder
  • 1 dessertspoon of mushroom powder (i used to empty the jar)
  • 4 beef stock cubes ( mine were the vegan type: massel 7’s)
  • A teaspoon of popcorn salt which you may not need if the beef cubes you use are salty
  • 2 to 3 good teaspoons of garlic powder
