Ingredients
  • ½ tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 pound flank steak (thinly sliced)*
  • 7 cups broccoli florets (415 grams/ 2 large heads)
  • ⅓ cup coconut aminos
  • ⅓ cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger (about 2 inches)
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon arrowroot flour
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • optional toppings: sesame seeds, green onions, red pepper flakes…
  • for serving: white rice, brown rice, cauliflower rice…
