Ingredients
  • Ally Coxon 1 cup wholewheat flour or buckwheat whichever you prefer.
  • ¾ cup of seeds (I used poppy, flax and sunflower)
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1TBS lemon juice
  • A sprinkle of dried herbs (I used mixed Italian herbs)
  • Enough water to bring the mixture together..start with ¼ cup and add a bit more if needed.
  • Recipe called for ¼ cup of coconut oil but I left it out and used more water.
