Ingredients
- 3 LB beef chuck roast
- 1 jar peppercini (sp?)
- cup beef broth
- packet ranch dressing mix
- packet au jus mix
- packet Italian Dressing mix
- Loaf of Italian bread
- provolone cheese slices
Steps
- Quarter chuck roast and add to IP with dressing, au jus, peppers and beef broth. Manual setting for 50 minutes. Natural pressure release for 30 minutes. Shred with a fork. Slice Italian bread, add beef and provolone cheese. Broil in oven until cheese is melted (about two minutes).
