Open Faced Italian Beef Sandwiches
Ingredients
  • 3 LB beef chuck roast
  • 1 jar peppercini (sp?)
  • cup beef broth
  • packet ranch dressing mix
  • packet au jus mix
  • packet Italian Dressing mix
  • Loaf of Italian bread
  • provolone cheese slices
Steps
  1. Quarter chuck roast and add to IP with dressing, au jus, peppers and beef broth. Manual setting for 50 minutes. Natural pressure release for 30 minutes. Shred with a fork. Slice Italian bread, add beef and provolone cheese. Broil in oven until cheese is melted (about two minutes).
