Air Fryer General Tso's Chicken
Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce (can use gluten-free Hoisin sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • ¾ cup reduced sodium chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 scallions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
