Peanut butter bars Bob’s red mill GF
Ingredients
  • ⅔ cup Honey
  • ⅔ cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour
  • 2-⅔ cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats or Gluten Free Organic Rolled Oats
  • 2 tsp ground Cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup Flaxseed Meal
  • ¾ cup Raisins
  • ¾ cup Chocolate Chips
  • Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix honey and peanut butter until well blended.
  • Stir in oats, baking mix, flaxseed meal and cinnamon until well blended. Stir in raisins and chocolate chips.
  • Press mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes, until barely browned. Do not over bake.
  • Cut into bars and store in an airtight container.
