Peanut Butter Pancakes

Ingredients
  • ½ C Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • ⅓ C Unsweetened Peanut Butter
  • ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Steps
  1. Beat cream cheese, eggs and peanut butter together in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in Vanilla and cinnamon until mixture is smooth.
  3. Melt coconut oil in a large skillet and pour ⅛ of the peanut butter mixture into the hot pan.
  4. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes and flip. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
